Qissa is currently in private development. Public terms of service — covering account responsibilities, acceptable use, content ownership, refund policy, dispute resolution, and limitation of liability — will be finalized and published here before any paid plan becomes available.
What you can expect in the final terms
- You own your books. Every book you create is yours. You can download, print, and share it with family. Commercial resale of Qissa-generated content is not permitted.
- You own your uploads. Photos, voice recordings, and family information remain yours. We use them only to make your books, under the terms of our privacy policy.
- Acceptable use. Qissa is for creating age-appropriate family content. Prompts that attempt to generate inappropriate material, infringe on third-party intellectual property, or violate our content policies will be refused.
- Account security. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials private, especially given the family photos and voice data associated with it.
- Cancellation and refunds. Subscriptions cancel at any time from your account settings. Single-book purchases are refundable within 7 days if you are not happy with the result.
