What happens to unused books in a subscription?
Unused books roll over for one month. If you're on Family and skip a month, your next month has 10 books available.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from your account settings. No phone calls, no retention scripts, no fine print.
Do I keep the books I made if I cancel?
Yes. Every book you generated remains in your library, downloadable as PDF, forever.
What about the photos and voice recordings I upload?
Encrypted at rest. Deletable at any time. Never sold. Never used to train models without explicit opt-in consent, which is off by default.
